On Thursday, January 20th, Mars, Incorporated, the mother company of the delicious M&M candies, announced a new initiative to make its candy's mascots "more inclusive". What is really happening here is down right CENSORSHIP and LESBOPHOBIA!

Our beloved Green M&M, known for her sultry demeanor and for championing rights for bisexual women and lesbians alike, will be stripped of her iconic knee-high boots, to be replaced with plain white sneakers

I hope my fellow WLWs will stand with me in fighting back against the straight-washing of our fellow woman. Mars Incorporated claims that this update will have "an updated tone that is more inclusive, welcoming, and unifying" but this could not be further from the truth! They can take our guns, they can take our religion, but HANDS OFF MY SEXY GREEN M&M!!!!!!
